Turbo Kart Rally

About this game

Eight racers, one coastal circuit. Pick a driver, choose 50cc, 100cc or 150cc and a race length, then hold the drift through corners to charge a three-stage mini-turbo. Item boxes hand out mushrooms, shells, bananas, stars, lightning and blue shells — the further back you are, the nastier your odds. AI drivers follow real racing lines and fight back, so use a rocket start and ramp tricks to stay ahead of the pack.

How to play

1. Pick a racer, class and lap count, then hold accelerate as the countdown hits GO for a rocket start.
2. Steer into corners and hold DRIFT to hop and slide; release on blue, orange or purple sparks for a bigger mini-turbo.
3. Grab items from boxes: mushrooms boost, shells attack, bananas trap and lightning shrinks every rival.
4. Brake before hairpins, use ramp jumps for trick boosts, and stay on the road — off-road grass cuts your top speed.

Controls Keyboard: WASD or arrow keys to drive, Space to hop and drift, E or Shift to use an item, C to look back, Esc to pause, M to mute / Gamepad: left stick to steer, A to accelerate, B to brake, RB to drift, LB to use an item
