About this game

Bubble Bay is a 3D take on the classic bubble-battle arena. Pick one of three townsfolk and face two red-team AI rivals in a sunny courtyard. Drop water bubbles to carve cross-shaped splashes, break wooden crates to collect extra bubbles, range and speed, and dodge the waves. Catch a trapped rival to score; if you are trapped, you cannot act and a rival will claim the point. The first side to three captures wins; otherwise the higher score after three minutes takes it.

How to play

  1. Move with WASD or the arrow keys, or the on-screen joystick on touch screens.
  2. Press SPACE or the bubble button to drop a bubble that bursts in a cross shape after 2.5 seconds.
  3. Break crates for bubble capacity, range or speed; up to 4 hidden golden big bubbles per match add +1 capacity (cap 6).
  4. Planters and crates block the way — go around them; bubbles are placed at your feet.
  5. Trapped in a bubble? You cannot act, and a rival captures you moments later — watch your own splashes.
  6. Touch a trapped rival to capture them. First to three captures wins, otherwise the higher score after three minutes.

Controls Touch: joystick on the left to move, bubble button on the right, drag the scene to orbit the camera / Keyboard: WASD or arrow keys to move, SPACE for a bubble, SHIFT to dash, Q/E to orbit / Mouse: drag the scene to orbit the camera
