About this game

Pixel Zombie Outbreak is a wave-based top-down survival shooter. Fight through endless zombie waves in a procedurally ruined city, loot dollars and ammo, buy medkits and better guns at vending machines, craft bandages and armor from fallen zombies, hire allies and build barricades to survive one more night.

How to play

  1. Move with WASD or arrow keys and aim with the mouse.
  2. Hold left click to shoot, press R to reload, and watch your reserve ammo.
  3. Zombies always drop a stack of dollars and ammo; medkits are sold at vending machines.
  4. Walk up to a vending machine and press E to buy a rifle, a medkit or ammo with cash.
  5. Press I to open the backpack and craft with 1-4, N hires an ally, B builds a barricade.
  6. Level up by killing zombies and pick 1 of 3 upgrades — guns (like the big-mag minigun) appear as you get richer.

Controls Keyboard: WASD/arrows to move, mouse to aim, left click to shoot, R reload, E buy, I bag, N ally, B barricade. Touch: dual virtual sticks plus on-screen buttons.
