INKWAVE

About this game

INKWAVE is a fast 4v4 turf-war shooter. Three minutes on the clock: paint more of the stage than the rival squad and you win. Dive into your own ink as a squid to swim fast, refill your tank and climb inked walls, then pop up to fight with seven weapons, Splat Bombs and a special. Three stages play at day or dusk, bots cover every empty slot on three difficulty levels, and a Boss Battle pits your squad against HULLBREAKER. Your turf score is recorded and your best match stays on the leaderboard.

How to play

1. Move with WASD, aim with the mouse and fire with left click.
2. Hold Shift to dive into your own ink: swim fast, refill ink and climb inked walls.
3. Press Space to jump or dodge roll; right click or E throws a Splat Bomb.
4. Press F to fire your weapon's special once it is charged.
5. Hold Tab for the stage map, then 1–4 or a click on a pin to Super Jump.
6. The team with more ground painted when the clock runs out wins; splat rivals to keep them off your turf.

Controls Touch: on-screen stick to move, drag to aim, buttons for fire/squid/jump/sub/special / Keyboard: WASD move, mouse aim, left click fire, Shift squid form, Space jump, right click or E Splat Bomb, F special, hold Tab map & Super Jump, Esc pause
